Our Mission Statement

At the Motivational Mums Club CIC, we aim to empower mothers of all types through motivational talks from a panel of Mothers speaking on Mental Health, self love, stillbirth, body image, domestic violence, careers and more. The speakers talk about their experiences with these topics while being a Mother. At the end of the events, there’s an opportunity to network with the panel and other Mothers.

Free Mental Health Sessions is offered to Mothers and Mums to be via The Motivational Mums. The therapy sessions are conducted by qualified Mental Health Specialists who are also Mothers.

Chrissy has created a dedicated path for Black Mothers to get support for their mental health but importantly ensuring their voices are heard by working closely with professional to ensure adequate care is provided and safe spaces are created for peer support. Along with providing culture intelligence to healthcare professionals to improve on mental health outcomes for Black Mothers/Birthing people.
